Marking email as important in the mail app
Is it possible to flag or mark an outgoing email as important so the sender sees it as a priority? I’m using an iphone 8+ on ios 13.3

Other than saying so in the subject, no. As a recipient you can list certain senders as VIP, but the recipient has to do that, not the sender.
