account disabled

my phone says that my account is disabled in the App Store and ITunes and I don’t know how to fix it! I can’t even download free apps!

I just tried it and I get the same error. You may need to wait awhile or try another method of contacting support such as the Contact Support at the top right of this page to see if that is currently working.

I got an error saying my Apple ID Acct has been disabled via iTunes and App Store when I try to schedule a call from support, I get this code: CAS.error.CASWEB-NOSLOT-001

so frustrated. I can’t even get on to get help. What do I do?
