So i recent signed out on iTunes and app stores and then when I signed back in, and tried to listen to my music on Apple Music app it said that my library is syncing, and it’s been a while now, I’m quite concerned that my library might be lost

Managing and accessing your music library at all times is certainly important and I'll be happy to help.
It can take some time to sync your music library, based on the amount of music content that is stored and the speed of your internet. If you feel that, Sync Library is unresponsive, you can restart your iPhone: Restart your iPhone Then see if, Sync Library resumes without any issue: Turn on Sync Library with Apple Music
