In looking at the screen shots, it appears that the App Store itself is appearing in Swedish as expected and that the language issue may be confined to a couple of downloaded apps. Is that the case? In other words, is this issue with language affecting all apps (including the ones like Mail and Notes that came with the device) or is it limited to certain third-party apps that you have downloaded in the past?
If this is happening only with certain apps, first make sure there are not updates to any of those apps in the App Store. If there are not, consider removing the app from the device and reinstalling it.

If the behavior is confined to a few apps and reinstallation does not resolve the issue, you'll want to work directly with the apps' developers on this issue.
