Language settings for App Store

Do you mean the Mac App store, or the iOS App store?
If Romanian isn't set as the primary language on your Mac it can be added as a second choice, and although you can use the language setting to have some individual applications function in other languages unfortunately the App store is not one of them.
I can't find any similar settings on the iOS App store.
