How to check imei num is blacklisted or not ?
If you do a Google Search with exactly what you typed in your post then you will see several options with websites that will claim that they can see whether your IMEI is blacklisted. Not sure how accurate those websites are.
One other place to start is with your carrier. Ask them and they should be able to guide you in the right direction.
