macOS downgrade
Can I downgrade the macOS version older\earlier then the shipped version?
For example：I have a mac mini and the shipped macOS is Mojave.
Can I downgrade it to Sierra or El Capitan?

The reason it won't work is that the older OS doesn't know about the newer hardware in the Mac. If the same design Mac shipped at one time with the older OS, then it might be possible to run the older OS. The 2018 Mini shipped with Mojave (never with anything earlier) and was a new hardware design. So the chances of it being able to run anything older is slim to none, and slim left town.
