Talagent opens up terminal window during each login

Hello everybody

I have this issue with one device in the office where talagent opens up in terminal and I have no idea why it is behaving this way. I cannot find any answers after an hour search on google and I've never had cases of terminal randomly opening during login.

Thank you

Which applications exhibit this behavior?

Does this occur for a different user, e.g., Guest? How to test an issue in another user account on your Mac.

Does this occur after starting up in Safe Mode?

Consider the possibility of a third party software conflict.  EtreCheck can be used to investigate what is installed.

As you probably already surmised, the most probable culprit is some misbehaving third party software being launched at login. Many bits of software will launch things at login automatically. It may be something in the User's Login Items, but it may not show up there. If a separate user does not have all the login items of the problematic user, this is one way to test things out. Safe mode has the advantage of disabling all third party stuff, including things that launch automatically at login (but may not be listed in the Users Login Items in System Preferences). Etrecheck will show you all the third party stuff that will try to launch at login.
