Apple Mail Rules to iPhone
Is there a way to make Apple rules that have been setup on my iMac to also show on my iPhone?

The answer to your question would depend on the type of email account you have set up. Are you using an iCloud mail account? If so, check this out to see if it helps you with your setup: Set up rules to filter email in Mail on iCloud.com - Apple Support.
If you are using a third-party email account, such as Gmail, Yahoo, etc., you should consider reaching out to their support team to discuss options available on that email account.
