How do I change the name of my hearing devices

Not all Bluetooth devices provide the ability to rename them. If you see your hearing device in Bluetooth, tap on the (i) at the end of the line to see if there is an option to rename it. Otherwise, it cannot b done.

My audiologist had to do this for me, cannot be done on phone.
Sorry, you had not indicated that these were MFi hearing aids. When checking mine in Accessibility, it seems they picked up their name from my iPhone or Apple ID the first time they were paired. Did you try forgetting the HA and then connecting it to the phone again? Does Bob appear anywhere on your iPhone as a name, such as the phone name in General, or your name in your Apple ID?
Bluetooth is on, but they don’t show. They are named Bob’s Hearing Aids in Accessibly/Hearing Devices. I want to change it to Gary’s Hearing Aids. Somehow it was orginally named by someone and I want to change it. Somehow it can be done
