Are there compatibility issues with iOS 13.4.1 and Plantronics M70 mobile headset

My Plantronics M70 headset will not pair with my iPhone 11 Pro with iOS 13.4.1. Has anyone else had this problem?

iPhone 11 Pro, iOS 13

I've only used the M70 with my iPhone but I did turn off Bluetooth on both my iPad and my husband's iPhone to try anyway and, unfortunately, it didn't change anything. I do recall now that it was my iPhone 6s that worked with the M70 before. I replaced my iPhone in early January 2020 and it has been since that time that my M70 will not pair. I've tried looking in Apple Support also but have had no luck so far finding anything helpful.

But, thanks so much for getting back to me.
