Apple Pay transfer

I have a bank account debit card set up in my wallet, for Huntington bank.

Also set up is my Apple Pay. Trying to transfer money from Apple Pay to my card.

I am given two options. 1st is to set up a debit card for an immediate transfer for a 1% fee. 2nd is a free transfer that takes 3 days.

I need the transfer now. So I try to set up the debit and it says that card is already on file. But there is no option to transfer immediately into it... only to set up a new debit.
