I think someone is trying to hack my phone

Some weird things appeared on my calendar, and I can't delete them. They say that I must download a VPN and that hackers can know my location with my IP.

what should I do?

iPhone 11 Pro, iOS 13

These weird things are there because YOU clicked on a link from a website, which downloaded a spam calendar to your phone. No one is trying to hack your phone. You gave permission for the calendar to be there.

Go to Settings > Passwords & Accounts

Look in the accounts to find a calendar you gave permission to and delete it.
