I lost my Apple watch

I have no serial number nor the box of my Apple Watch because it’s my first Apple Watch and I lost it is there a possibility on purchasing the Apple care + to get a replacement? ( my service is through sprint but they told me I have Apple insurance I pay my bills through sprint don’t know if that is relevant)
