iRacing on mac

I want to use the iRacing program/platform which is PC based. Is there anyone out there that is successfully using a MacBook air or MacBook pro to run the iRacing program through Bootcamp or Parallel?

I'm contemplating upgrading/buying a new MacBook air or pro, to successfully run this eRacing platform. I want to be certain what ever I buy will have enough power to run iRacing at its best, Or should I just buy a PC with a top of the line video card?
