Speakers not working, 2013 MacBook air

My internal speakers are not working nor can I hear any sound with earphones on. Not sure what's going on, never had this issue before. Only can hear when i have bluetooth earphones connected.

MacBook Air 13", macOS 10.15

Try disconnecting all Bluetooth and AirPlay devices. Also make sure there are no accessories connected that use sound.

MacBook Air Speakers not working The volume of my speakers is very low. I can't hear anything, even at the maximum volume, using the inbuilt speakers. I can hear when I use headphones or external speakers but not otherwise. I have tried checking the output volume and the device for sound output. I have also tried the steps given for this problem in the FAQ's. Nothing worked.
