Mail in repair

I need to send my MacBook Pro in for repairs. I live 4 hours from any available stores, and it is just not possible to bring it in. I have already chatted with a wonderful support lady, and we discovered that there was no mail in repairs being accepted At this time due to the covid pandemic.

My question is, does anyone have any idea when mail in repairs might be available? Even an approximation? I really miss my laptop.....

First link above suggests options including mail/ship full-circle to service.

This may be conditional; limitations may exist. I'd look into 1st one, first.

Suggests on page one, an option: (where available) maybe send-in exists. Could

involve neighboring province; or maybe wishful wait list; for 'santa' near 25 Dec?

Maybe online service support could have ideas for B.C.

Or perhaps independent authorized Apple repair in US?

No, we cannot help you. That's information only Apple's top brass can answer. We don't have that information.
