Screen issue
During calls the screen doesn’t turn off once i put the device on my ear

Ensure that your iPhone’s case or screen protector does not obstruct with the proximity sensor. Try removing the case and the protective cover to check if that fixes your issue.
Restart the device. That's it. If issue is not resolved... Force restart iPhone - Apple Support
