One particular notes is keep coming daily in notification area. Don’t know why.

No, you need to disabled Siri suggestions in: Settings>Siri & Search>Notes... disable all options.
When done, restart your iphone.

These are Shortcuts suggested by Siri. Based on your use, iPhone learns what apps you use at what time. If the shortcut notifications on the lock screen annoy you, head over to Settings-Siri&Search-Suggestions on Lock Screen and turn this off.
As I had said, iPhone learns the way you use apps and offers suggestions based on its knowledge. Perhaps it noticed a greater frequency of your opening of the app ‘Notes’ and therefore offered you the suggestion at the time it thought you may need it.
of course, these suggestions aren’t always the most accurate, but they get better the more you use iPhone.
It would be better if you can please re-post with a screenshot, in order to understand the phenomenon better. Images / pictures speak louder than words. (Do not provide any personal credentials, such as email id, apple id, IMEI number, Serial Number, Phone number etc)

In this case each and every app is enabled with this option. But i never got any other app suggestions like this.
