Audio IC issue

Hi everyone in the group, I’m really need your advice. I have an Iphone 7 plus for 2 years and a half, so my phone is out of warranty now. I have Audio IC issue on my phone ( siri and voice memo are not working, the speaker is grey out). I do many research and notice that it is a common fault for Iphone 7 and iphone 7 plus. I want to ask if anyone has same issue and does Apple replace a new phone if it is out of warranty. Thank you
