I have a MacBook Air 2015 with one Thunderbolt 2 port, is it an adapter with which I can connect HDMI and Gigabit Ethernet to my Mac?

I think there is no such adapter available.
If you not care about Ethernet adapter speed, there is USB to 10/100 base/T Ethernet adapter and mini Display to HDMI adapter are available at online Apple Store.
