Today I received a notification that there was a problem with a payment. And that I have to update my payment. I use iTunes card to make purchases and I have sufficient balance. What to do?

I have always uses iTunes card. More than 15 years. Why do I have to enter an additional credit or debit card?
You need to contact your Bank if you have not changed your Apple ID country.
