Ask for a refund
I bought my iPad and pencil and keyboard in March in an Apple Store. I wanted to return and get refund within 14days as my family bought a same one with higher function, when I brought them to the store, their staff said I have to wait as the their has closed and the policy and service being suspend as well due to treat Coronavirus pandemic, so I don’t know what should I do now and how can I refund it, I have tried many times to contact them however no luck. Should I proceed complain service? Please help
