Logitech keyboard keys not working

I have a logitech keyboard (purchased Dec. 2018) and certain keys on the keyboard are not working. The keyboard is fully charged and I have turned it off and on, disconnected it from the ipad, and restarted the ipad, but certain keys still do not work. Anyone know how to resolve this issue?

iPad (6th gen) WiFi, Cellular

Contact Logitech or look at their support site, since you're using their keyboard.
