In iphone settings, why won't "Name, Phone Numbers, Email" open?

That's my question. I click my name (the very first thing you see inside of settings), and it opens "Apple ID." I click "Name, Phone Numbers, Email" and NOTHING happens.

Hello Larry Israel,

Thank you for using Apple Support Communities.

I understand that when you got to Settings > (your name) > Name, Phone Numbers, Email, nothing happens doesn't open for information so that it can be edited. Since this is basic information from iOS, you will need to be certain you have a current backup of your iPhone and then reinstall iOS on the iPhone. These support articles will guide you through both of these actions.

How to back up your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch - Apple Support

Once you have a current backup, you can use this article to Update iOS on your iPhone. This process should not cause any data loss, but having the backup will provide protection just in case. You will want to pay particular attention in step 4 and select "Update".
