Returning Defective AirPods to Apple
Hello,
I recently got a repair request approved through Apple relating to several issues with my new AirPods Pro. I received an email yesterday stating that I would receive information on how to return my AirPods “later”, but have received no word. I can see that my replacement parts have shipped already. It says I have until April 28th to return my problematic AirPod parts, yet I have no instructions on how to, nor where to send them.
