When will I get My Airpods back from repair?

I've sent my Airpods for a repair , and they sent me a confirmation email for receiving my Airpods and that the repair is finished so they will be shipped soon , the email was sent in 12/10/2021

i want to know when will i get My Airpods back ?

i contacted the support multiple times and they set me up with a scheduled calling that wasn't succeed!

i don't want a call , i need a date to know when i can receive them.
