Delete app on iPhone 11
I have iPhone 11 and cannot delete app or icon on phone
when I hold it down it jiggles and says edit
Home screen and share app. It never offers delete app or X in corner
please help

This is because there are Screen Time restrictions set on your iPhone and that is preventing you from deleting the apps.
If you are the Screen Time administrator then open Settings ➔ Screen Time ➔ Content & Privacy Restrictions ➔ iTunes & App Store Purchases ➔ Deleting Apps and switch this setting to Allow.
