Family sharing is not enough, to share Apple Music you need a Apple Music Family subscription.

Yes, I saw that. My original comment included that I had performed those steps; subscribing to Apple Music family plan>setting up family sharing>sending iMessage invitations to my family members. When that did not work, I even tried deleting the family members and resending the invitations, and still the results led my individual family members with the Apple Music subscription screen. So, what I need help with is getting them the ability to access Apple Music under the Family subscription that I, the organizer, has already.

Set up Family Sharing on your iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, Mac or Android device. Then invite family members to join your family group.

If you already set up Family Sharing, everyone in your family group will automatically have access to Apple Music.

If someone in the family group already has an individual or student subscription to Apple Music, renewal of that subscription is automatically cancelled when they join the family group.
