AirPods not disconnecting

My daughters AirPods won’t disconnect from her iPhone 6 Plus. This is causing her to not have any sound on her phone. Have tried turning Bluetooth off, forgetting the AirPods in Bluetooth settings, resetting phone, and hard resetting the AirPods and nothing has worked. This even happened when we went to the store and she had her AirPods at home.

Airpods Pro Disconnecting from Bluetooth and disappearing from my devices I have an iPhone 11 Pro and Airpods Pro running the latest firmware and software on both. For some reason, my Airpods will disconnect from my phone and remove themselves from the bluetooth devices page and also from my apple id for no reason. I have tried resetting the airpods and conducting a network reset on my phone but neither of these work. Does anyone have any ideas? TIA

AirPods Pro 2nd Gen keep disconnecting and reconnecting from iPhone 11 The only time it appears is when you’re not actually playing or listening to something, just when you have one or both AirPods in your ears. I previously contacted Apple support about this issue and they replaced my AirPods with a new pair. But as I tried to use my new pair of AirPods, I found out that it didn’t fix the problem, it’s still there. Is there something wrong with the iPhone? iPhone 11 (64gb) AirPods Pro 2nd Generation
