Hardware replacement in different countries

If I buy an iPhone in another country and it still under apple’s warranty, can I have any hardware replacement in any Apple store in my own country ?

Maybe, maybe not.

The warranty is technically only valid in the country of purchase.

Apple certified service providers can refuse to service a device from another country.
