I can’t access the App Store with my new phone. (IPhone XR) After changing my password several times it still will not accept. It gives only one box to enter both the Apple ID and password. It doesn’t matter if I enter it with or without a space between the two or one at a time, it will not accept.
Do you have access to another WiFi network where you can try? That has worked for several people.
Try a restart.
Restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
Try a forced restart.
If necessary
Do a backup and try a factory reset. Then restore from your backup.
Backup - Restore your device from an iCloud or iTunes backup.
If necessary, contact iTunes Support.
iTunes Store - Contact Us - Official Apple Support.

What happens when you tap Review?
Log into your account in the App Store/iTunes and you should be able to change/verify it there. Or you can click the blue Edit payment methods in the article below. When signed in and the page loads, you will be on the credit card page. After updating that, click the Go Back button at the lower left and you will be on the address page.

The other screen comes up that says “sign in required”. That’s the screen that will not accept anything I enter. It just keeps popping back up.
That was not an issue with my last phone, but I’ll double check. Thanks for the tip!
