Getting back erased content
Does anybody know how to get back photographs and contacts back onto your phone when your phone has been erased. Without using any other device

If you’ve been using iCloud syncing with your phone, log in using the same Apple ID and whatever is in iCloud will be synced back.
If you’ve been backing up your phone to iCloud, you can also restore the last backup.
