Audible app won’t download...

Yesterday I upgraded from the Apple Watch 3 to the 5 with cellular service. After a few bumps I’ve figured out how to set most things back up but the one issue I am having is with the audible app. I can’t get it to even download to the watch. My previous app had everything working on it perfectly. It’s listed as an available app but when I click install it spins for about 30 seconds, at most, then just goes back to the install button.. any suggestions? This is a Nike Watch 5.
