Setting up Phone
I just got a new phone and as i was going through the set up process a screen came up that said that it was setting up my Apple ID but now that screen has been loading for about 4 hours and idk what to do

I recommend that you back out of that screen, if possible, or cancel the operation, and either retry again or finish the iPhone setup without setting up your Apple ID at first. Once setup is complete then you can open the Settings App and setup your Apple ID.
