Apple took money from me

Hey, I’m Tariq and just yesterday I attached my credit card details to buy the €1 50G iCloud storage but then they took €12.76 from me and It’s been like one year since I played this game and when I bought these things , they were taken from my card straight away but now they’ve taken the money again ? Please help

You have obviously had an unpaid bill in the App Store and as soon as you supplied a valid payment method the system charged to it and settled the debt. If you hadn't supplied the payment method and settled the debt, you would not be able to use the account. Not even for free apps.
