When i have bootcamp open, everything is fine but my microphone has a lot of static and is really bad quality. i think this is a software issue because in MacOS the microphone is fine and it has no problems on my other devices, only on bootcamp. Can anyone help me with this?

Your QC25 has a TRRS connector. There are known issues with TRRS headsets and Bootcamp/Windows.
Also, there was a recent Bootcamp update. Was that applied on your Mac? It is causing voice quality issues as well.
You can run Apple Software Update in Windows and check for any pending updates.

I have solved the problem. My friend sent me some drivers that fixed the microphone quality.

It is the apple headphone jack (i think its something like that) but i tried using an android one which worked on my playstation. But it seems to not be having a difference on windows 10
