I have a $16.96 charge to my credit card. I have no other subscriptions open except an annual Disney plus subscription. Why am I being charged this?

If you have a problem with a subscription, see Subscriptions and Services https://support.apple.com/en-euro/billing. If you think you have a refund coming, then use the request a refund link. It will take you to Request a refund for apps or content that you bought from Apple https://support.apple.com/en-euro/HT204084

Did you (or someone else) download a free trial app that converts to a subscription if it isn't properly canceled before the trial ends? That could be why you have the charge.
