What is the best way to share apps in a 4 person nonprofit organisation?

Hello all,

The nonprofit organisation I work for has shifted to using Apple devices and was wondering how we may be able to share common apps and potentially have centralised storage - possibly using iCloud.

What are the logistics of this?

Would it require family sharing with a central account, or something else?
