my account is blocked

4 years ago, When I was creating apple ID account, because we use the solar calendar in Iran, I entered my birthday in Gregorian calendar something that I don't remember it now.


Now I get a message that my account is "locked for security reasons. To unlock it you must verify your identity. (I have my ID and password). Because of my account is locked, I can't unlock my account by email. I must

answer security questions.


In security questions, firstly, I must enter birthday. That I don't remember it now.

Please help me to unlock my account.

Now i opened a new account to contact you


so, I cant unlock my account or I cant sign out from last account and enter with new account.

(I see you already have done this.) If you know you won’t, or haven’t been ableto answer your security questions satisfactorily and you want an Apple ID, then you'll usually need to create a new one. See How to create a new Apple ID https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204316

 

Exceptionally, Apple Support may be willing to help you if you have an extenuating circumstance (e.g., you have the receipt for your purchase of a device with its serial number on it or a court order instructing Apple to assist in the provision of access to a decedent’s information from the deceased person's accounts). See How to request access to a deceased family member's Apple accounts https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT208510.
