MacBook Air 13" Mid-2013: Wi-Fi not working following water damage

Accidentally spilt a cup of tea over my MacBook Air. Turned it off and left it to dry for a few days before booting back up. Upon booting back up everything seemed to work fine except for the wifi.

The wifi symbol at the top of the screen is greyed out and when I open up network preferences the status shows “<< From Localizable.strings >>” before switching to “off”. System information for Wi-Fi only shows “Software Versions” details. Running a hardware test returned “There may be an issue with the Wi-Fi hardware.” and the reference code “CNW001”

Any ideas what I need to replace/do to fix this issue?
