I ordered EarBuds. Status shows it was shipped, delivered and received. But I never received the item. Nobody at Apple or FedEx or anywhere to help on this. What should I do?
Contact Apple and tell them your package was never received. If they insist and perhaps a neighbor saw it being delivered, it could have been stolen. Call apple support AND FedEx. Fedex seems to be losing a lot of apple packages these days.
Trust me, I understand how you feel, but not in the same magnitude. I once ordered 4 18650 batteries, got 2, told store I didn't get 4, they told me it was my problem. I'd recommend for you to see if you can get on a wait list, (could take some time), and if you can't, for both Apple and FedEx, go to the BBB and file a claim. Apple DOES offer chat it's just that there's not enough people. Sighs. In the good 'ol times we could go to the Genius Bar and ask for help.
Thanks but doesn't help my situation. Noboday answers at Apple Support. There isn't a way to contact ANYBODAY at Apple - no chat, no call, nothing. That is why I am doing this. Also I have been trying to contact FedEx. Same - no call, no chat. All I can do it file a claim. This sucks. Apple doesn't offer chat and that really sucks.
