Call forwarding option missing

I am running the latest iOS on my iPhone X and there is no Call Forwarding option. I searched within Settings and go to Phone but it simply isn’t there. Please advise.

Whether that option is present will depend on your carrier.

If you're using a CDMA carrier such as Sprint or Verizon, you won't see it.
