My xr’s screen froze out many a-times and most of the time when battery turns to 20% or less the box which comes on the screen to turn low power mode on, is out of the screen. has anyone experienced it too and if yes, then how did they resolve it. I am attaching a picture for more understanding of my problem.

Why is this happening. Pop up alerts are cutting out every-time and its really frustrating.
