I Cannot get my iPhone 6s Plus to update the software and I cannot get visual voicemail

What is the model number displayed in Settings>General>About?

Visual Voicemail is a carrier feature. Contact your cellular carrier about that.

I go to there and it gives me the option to update but when I click on it the loading circle happens then nothing so I click on it again and it does the same thing
