Converting PDF to Numbers

Hi - I have a data base on PDF (Just how it was provided to me) that I am trying to put into a Numbers spreadsheet.

The PDF is set up so that If I copy a region and then paste it into Numbers, the data actually shows is almost right in the Numbers sheet.

My Question really is:

Is there a way through Automator or Macros or some other kind of scripting that will allow me to automate this instead of Copying and pasting 400 times?

Hi -

So, the PDF is set up into Columns - so if I try to grab multiple bocks, what I get is the first pic.

Anything I copy, when pasted goes into a single column.

The pic of the sheet shows if I copy and then paste each block individually.

I would be ok if once I got it all onto a sheet (like pic 2) then use some kind fo scripting (Macro?) to say something like:

make a new table that has the following logic:

Row one is a header that is the same as the original sheet

In each column of the original sheet:

find the cel that contains "Contact:*" Copy the data from that cel into row 2 of that column then delete "Contact:"

find the cel that contains "Email:*" Copy the data from that cel into row 3 of that column then delete "Email:"
