Apple Watch Milanese Loop Magnetic Clasp Broken

Good Day:

I've had the original Milanese Loop that came with my Apple Watch Series 1. I've since moved to the series 5 and just moved the loop band to the new watch.

Recently, the piece of the loop that holds the magnetic clasp has broken. Specifically, the glue holding the metal piece on the inside of the rubber rectangle has come loose and the band won't hold the loop anymore.

Is this under warranty, it shouldn't have the glue fail like this.
