ipad pro wont accept my user name for my banks login

I can’t log into my bank account with my iPad Pro. My user name contains an apostrophe and the iPad removes it when I type it in. I never had this problem with my old iPad. I’ve been using that username for years. What can I do to fix this? I really don’t want to change my username.

Why does it still work on my old iPad but notmynew iPad? That’s not the Bank’s problem.

Actually, not helpful and not solved. The username still works on my old iPad but not my new iPad. It’s a problem with the iPad, not the app.
