I downloaded this prankdial app to prank my friends but I deleted my account and it somehow is calling people in my contacts without me knowing and it also has people calling me when they never called me. I contacted them and they said to come to apply support. It sounds like it’s hacked and I don’t know what to do.

Try Running: Malwarebytes Mobile Security. This app free, and is developed by longtime users of these forums, making it the only reliable, security secure software for an Apple device. So, download it, scan with it, remove what is found from the quarantine.. See if it makes any difference. The Premium Edition helps block out all of this junk, by allowing you - the user - to report junk eMails and phishing Phone Numbers. The free version comes with a 30-day trail of it.

A New Phone Number:

It would seem to me that getting a new phone number would be the ultimate fix. Most certainly consider doing so, if this keeps getting in the way.

Hello,

Yes, I also think it would be wise to contact Apple by going to: https://getsupport.apple.com/

At this time, Apple Support services are limited, it would be appreciated if you had the app name or link and how many times that app called people in your contacts ready so that the person your getting touch with can move on to someone else.

I would also recommend possibly change your Apple ID password, and if you can, your phone number.

If you don’t have the time, you can quickly report the app here: http://reportaproblem.apple.com/

I hope that helped :)
