Phone displaying fake apps?

I know this question is far out and some of you may be thinking I’m nuts. Recently my phone started acting super crazy and all my passwords were being reset, and it was like someone was using my phone info. from another device. I cannot be sure of what is really happening. I don’t want to use the words hacked but almost. Not enough evidence to tell what the issue is, and who would do this to me.
